Declaration of accessibility

Introduction

Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 17, 2019, on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Guidelines on the accessibility of services, in implementation of Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 Version 1.0 dated 26 March 2024.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series No. 152 of 01-07-2022) and came into force on July 16, 2022, but its provisions will be effective from June 28, 2025. CRISTINA SRL a socio unico is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with May 27, 2022, No. 82, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019, on accessibility requirements for products and
services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://www.cristinarubinetterie.com/

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The website https://www.cristinarubinetterie.com/ are partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below. CRISTINA SRL a socio unico is conducting together with its suppliers an analysis aimed at making the necessary interventions to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonized standard EN 301 549:
• On all pages there are images without captions. It is difficult to navigate to the images with screen readers.
• There are links without link text on all pages.
• On several pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
• There is no title on several pages.
• On single pages there are 'iframe' elements without labelling. Navigation with screen readers to the iframes is difficult.
• There are form fields without a label on almost all pages. It is difficult to navigate to the form fields with screen readers.
• On several pages there are headings that have no caption or contain the aria-hidden attribute and are therefore not accessible to screen readers.
• On single pages there are 'iframe' elements whose labels have already been assigned. If the elements cannot be clearly assigned, screen reader users may confuse the elements.
• On all pages, the meta viewport prevents zooming. Deactivating the zoom makes page content more difficult to read for people with visual impairments.
• There are invalid aria attribute values on a page. These are not recognized by screen readers and are therefore not displayed correctly.
• On almost all pages, links are indistinguishable from the surrounding text.
• On all pages there are scrollable elements that cannot be scrolled with the keyboard. This makes it difficult for users of assistive technologies to grasp the whole page.
• There are elements on a page whose Aria ID occurs several times. This makes it difficult to
navigate the website with screen readers.
